Return policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs.

You are solely responsible for the return shipping costs from you to the webshop. These costs amount to approximately 109 SEK per package – please check your carrier's website for exact prices.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, together with all accompanying accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the seller.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via lablue.malmo@gmail.com. We will refund the outstanding order amount within 14 days of the return being reported, provided that the product has been received in good condition.
